Acceptance
By accessing or using quartermaster.dev (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site or its content.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without prior written consent.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its content.
Digital Products
Digital downloads (planners, templates, printables) are provided for personal use. Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to download the files you purchased. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not offered after a digital product has been delivered. For purchases made via Etsy or Gumroad, the refund policy of those platforms also applies.
You may print purchased digital files for personal use as many times as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the original files.
Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)
Physical merchandise (apparel, mugs, accessories) is produced and shipped by Printful. Returns and exchanges for physical products are handled per Printful's return policy. Contact support@quartermaster.dev if you need assistance.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use this Site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
- Impersonate Quartermaster or any of its personnel.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quartermaster and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or its products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quartermaster is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email to registered subscribers. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page is always current.
